Early Life Of The Rock

Dwayne Johnson was the son of professional wrestler Rocky Johnson and Ata Johnson. From his mother’s side, Dwayne is a part of the famous wrestling family, the Anoa’i family. A lot of his family members are a part of WWF/E, like Roman Reigns, The Uso brothers, Rikishi, Umaga, Nia Jax, and Yokozuna.

Johnson lived a few initial years of his life in New Zealand with his mother before coming to America, where he played Rugby. In high school, Dwayne Johnson was very much entangled with all sorts of petty crimes and was arrested as well.

But the football coach recognized the athlete in him and made him play football. And gave him the position of defensive tackle on the school team. Along with football, he was also a part of track and field and the wrestling team. Johnson even competed in Eastern Pennsylvania Conference.
